Please use the links below to download our Application Form. Should you need a Guarantor they will also need to download and complete the relevant form below.

Application Form

We require you to complete an application form should you wish to rent one of the properties we are advertising and that you have viewed. Everyone over the age of 18 that will be living in the property needs to be referenced, so please provide all adult occupants' details. There is room on each form for 2 applicants.

Please download the form, print it off and manually complete it, and return to us with your application fee. You can return this to us in person, by post (please do not enclose cash with your application) or via email to admin@thelettingscentre.com.

PLEASE READ THE NOTES ON THE FRONT PAGE OF THE APPLICATION FORM AS THEY CONTAIN IMPORTANT INFORMATION ON OUR FEES AND WHAT WE REQUIRE FROM YOU TO COMPLETE THE APPLICATION PROCESS.

The download also includes a useful "What Happens Next" guide. These pages do not need to be returned to us with your application.

Guarantor Form

If you are on Housing Benefit or believe you have a poor credit history, then you will require a Guarantor for us to consider your application. A Guarantor needs to be someone who has an income sufficient to cover your rent should you not pay. They have to sign the tenancy agreement to agree to all the same terms and conditions of the agreement as you, should you be offered the tenancy.

The amount they need to have as an income varies depending on the rental amount of the property you wish to rent. Please contact us if you need clarification on how much your Guarantor needs to earn. If this applies to you, or we have told you that you will require a Guarantor, then please download the Guarantor form below.
